Autumn Leaves

Sixty-four now,

          Synapses slowing,

                    Similes, metaphors

                              And other connections waning…

Feels like autumn as the leaves begin to fall,

One, then three or nine windblown leafs at a time...

Letting Go

Time to start letting go

          So many words, graphics, posts, ideas

                    So much creative endeavor

          

                              Good work, some excellent, but only I care

                                        Everyone else has his own life to fill

                                                  No one will look back once a post is made
                        

                                                            And that’s how it should be
